Pay rate is based on skill level and productivity and pays a performance bonus. Job duties are: pulling wires/cable, mounting speakers & tvs, & configuring equipment racks, system set up, remote control programming. Potential for advancement is a definite for someone who has the performance skills, professional attitude, and quality of work.
